I’m a certified grief coach — and someone who lost half my family before the age of 33.

I was pregnant when my sister died. I was working in leadership at Google. I was raising a newborn.
And no one told me what grief would do to my nervous system.
No one taught me how to “live again” with the weight — only how to endure it.

I burned out. As a parent. As a professional. As a human.

So I decided to find the answer to my healing on my own. I left my career in tech, studied nervous system regulation, got certified as grief coach, and spent 3 years supporting grieving families through hospice.

And now? I created the kind of grief support I wish I had back then. I help grievers like you through a step by step plan.
